Relevant warnings and precautions:
- Cardiac failure and atrial fibrillation
- Driving and operating machinery
- Hyperkalemia
- Dizziness and somnolence
- Gait disturbances, including falls
- Mental status changes
- Patients with impaired blood-brain barrier
- Pregnant women
- Breastfeeding
- Geriatrics (≥65 years of age): higher incidence of somnolence compared to placebo
